Phi Phi Islands
A short speedboat ride from Phuket, the Phi Phi archipelago is one of Southeast Asia's most photogenic corners — sheer limestone cliffs plunging into crystal lagoons, their walls streaked orange and white. Maya Bay, made famous by The Beach, is now protected and carefully managed, its coral ecosystem visibly recovering. Snorkelling off Phi Phi Don is exceptional: vivid reef fish, leopard sharks resting on the sandy floor, and the occasional turtle making for memories that outlast any photograph.
